Science and Technology Kits for Young Children in Singapore

Some young children in Singapore are learning more about Science as they fiddle with a science and technology kit. Through this kit, they will be able to figure out how things work around them and, hopefully, when they are older, they will be inspired to create things and not just be passive consumers.

"Learning from textbooks is one thing, but tinkering at a young age could light up a child's imagination," said Mr James Chan, a technopreneur who will import the "Little Bits" range of kits from the United States later this month which will allow children to make toys that light up and move mechanically.
